Third Quarter 2010 spending results are in and once again Digital Advertising takes the lead….up 17% from same period last year.
More and more companies are allocating dollars to digital media and our clients are hiring at the same pace. More than 75% of our current openings are in digital – display/search, etc
And we are seeing many media candidates leave agencies for client opportunities and sales. We cannot find enough online media professionals to fill all the openings and we are casting a wide net. It is time to be creative and look for diverse backgrounds – individuals who have a traditional training but knowledge of digital strategy.
Anyone starting out in media today should look to gain online experience.
