Revised Ad spending forecasts for 2011

In a recent report, Credit Suisse suggests ad spending will only be up slightly in 2011 due to loss of revenue for newspapers and magazines.
However listened to a radio broadcast on NPR yesterday and there are “high hopes” for Upfront Spending – networks are bullish and predicting up to 10% increases in revenue. Too early too tell but apparently deals are already being made.
