Need a New Job – 3 million available

Not only has the job market improved over the last few months but now there are 3.1 million job openings! Great news for job-seekers and a sign that the market has finally turned around.
We have seen the unemployment numbers decrease steadily month-to-month and now individuals are quitting current positions for new ones. In February 2011, almost 2 million people changed jobs, the highest level in over two years.
When employed individuals are willing to leave a secure position for a new one is a sign that confidence has returned to the job market. We have experienced this for over a year in media/advertising and the trend is spreading to other industries.
