McDonald’s to add 50,000 -more signs of hiring

On April 19th, McDonald’s is planning to devote a day to recruiting and hiring over 50,000 employees. This is great news for the economy and another indication that companies are feeling the desire and need to hire.
And not all of these positions are lower level ones – in fact some are managers and corporate employees. McDonald’s is just one of the many corporate clients trying to get a “head start” on the improving labor market where demand is heating up.
We applaud these efforts and most importantly any move toward lowering the unemployment rate is good news for the economy.
