Global AD Spending up 12.5% in 1st Quarter

Traditionally advertising has always been an economic indicator – and good news for the industry in 1st Q 2010.  Global revenue up 12.5% – Latin America and Asia saw the biggest increases.

Here is a quick breakdown – TV up 16%, radio and even newspaper up 9.5% and digital up 12%.  Bad news for magazines – down 7%.
