Counter Offers – here we go again!
It had to happen – the market is picking up in media and our candidates are receiving counter offers. And I have to ask – why accept one after taking the time to interview, is it only about money or does a new environment and opportunity enter in the equation?
Research shows only “6 out of 100” employees are still with company after 12 months once accepting a counter offer. The reasons for interviewing are still there and money isn’t everything!
